The closing of 5320 in the NF would be an important ref level going forward.
For Intra-day today, I will be watching price volume reactions at 5315/ 20 and at 5270 on the lower side.
We should trade btw these levels for a large part of the day.

Back in the US, 1070 in the ES is holding.
But in this cat and mouse game I am playing with Viren, I am calling for a break now of 1070. : ).
Reason : the bounce was not strong to take out 1083.

A question. The value of India Vix is different from that of the volatality calculated for the F&O stocks and underlying.
Example India VIX is 20.07 while the volatality file shows Nifty's volatality at 22.46 (Nifty Future 23.16)? How can Nifty have two volatalities 20.07 and 22.46? Which to use and why?
Axis bank is breaking down.

I've had a problem with the way VIX is calculated. I had a formula for it's computation but felt it was a bit off. Even in the US they have VIX & VXN and another one, each different from the other.
I prefer to go with the IV of the future, than the vix of the spot.

All levels are based on market profile only.
I don't have a large exposure but trade the ES intermittently and some options over there.
BN also at a critical 9540-9550 . Can swing 100-150 points from here.
One can trade S&P 500 on the nifty itself in a few days from now

I want to put it this way :
Earlier this week on the yuan news and even today on RIL-RNRL, the market went up on news and came down on technicals.
When bulls use news to move the market up, there is something wrong in the market set-up.
This weekend there will be news from the g-20 and even the rbi here. If we move up, let's look for a level to sell.
Goes also with our profile chart showing sellers above 5344.
