In the spirit of being a bit sophisticated than just having a vanilla options table, I have tried to add a google gadget with link to the options table from my google doc
Steps to view the Interactive OI table:
1. Click Finish (No selection of fields required)
2. Select the "Show Only Chart" option as shown in the snapshot below

Based on your 1 'O Clock emails, I thought that you go to bed late - but didn't know that you don't sleep at all :)
Nothing much to try there - just click finish and rest are all interactive buttons
