EOD 11th Aug

Viren here.

It was a fascinating day of trade in the markets today.

Let me add...for the sellers.

Those who sold at the open and held came back with good rewards.

The Nifty was resisted in the morning again at value high and the sell was confirmed below value low.

The Bank Nifty started as the weak index today, reversed higher but weakened again at the close helped a lot by the downmove in SBI today.

We took two trades today.

One short in the Bank Nifty in the early morning and another short in the Nifty in the afternoon. Both high probability trade set-ups.Both went on to hit their price objective.

Looking ahead to tomorrow, the market looks like it is preparing itself for a sharp fall in the US markets tonight. I won't be surprised if it does not react to a fall there tonight at the open tomorrow, or auctions higher at the open.

Vtrender 2 has started off on a good note and we were happy to see smiling faces in the trading room.

Reposting this from Vtrender-2 :

I loved the trading room and the knowledge which flowed. It humbled me, showed me how much more I need to learn!

I must say that I am impressed with the interaction in the trading room.

There is no surprise in Viren and Shai feeling good about their knowledge and system. They know it works and its good.

I was surprised with the kind of accuracy with which Shai made the call on short entry and target.

All these days in vtrender the visualization was missing. Vtrender2 is several times better as I can see it live and hear reasoning from Viren/Shai.

Hope to keep learning and have more fun in future.

Yes I also agree it was a fantastic day of learning + earning.

I've never seen anything like this before...the confidence, the system, the methodology...al amazing. Simply outstanding.

I had joined more out of curiosity, but now I really feel that I will learn trading.

Vtrender 2 is miles ahead of Vtrender1.

Thank you Rajeev, Girish, Manu and Aayuushman for your testimonials.

It gives us immense satisfaction to know that you have liked our offering.

We'll strive to keep making it a better experience.

The /Es is currently at 1090, having made a low at 1086.75.

The close is important and if we close below 1090, then I feel 1078-1083 may not hold and the market can move down to 1056-1060.

The Aud/jpy continues lower, and so does copper.

Options analysis for 11th Aug:
http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_xQfPkpQXjMc/TGMd_kvidcI/AAAAAAAAAsQ/mFmutQdfIqA/s1600/OI_analysis.GIF

Quick Summary:
1. First sign of blood tasting by bears -- 5400CE addition of 10L and 5400PE addition of 9L.
2. The good part is still 5300PEs have a monster OI of 1.1Cr which will put a floor to this market for now. Also at 5400 PE/CE ratio not totally favoring bears at the moment. So any gap down near 5350/5330 might lead to an intraday rise close to 5400.
3. Lower level put addition seen last week @5200/5100

Nifty Futures:
3.34Cr OI up 2.6% -- Monster OI for sure!

Banknifty Futures:
30.6L OI down 1.8% -- well some folks are in big profits and they probably booked out.

S&P500 futures had a brutal action yesterday:
