As per your M.O.whenever the oscillator reaches _80 the nifty movesup and whenever it reaches +100 the nifty comes down.But,for the past three days nifty is hovering around +100 but nifty is not coming down.How long it can continue like this?

Markets can remain in overbought conditions for long stretches. This may be one instance of that.
