This blog intends to reduce the noise from the markets by the use of Market Profile as well as studying inter-market associations and their relevance to the short-term trend.
The smallest timeframe which can give you consistent results is 30 mins. I've not experimented with 5/ 15 mins, but it's important to see what the buyer/ seller is doing in relation to the value areas rather than value itself.

Shai I Need a help.
I am confusing using MP values in time frame.
I got VAH,POC,VAL in only 5 & 15 min.chart.
Is it ok to use them in small time frame
I am using MP values for Commodities, but not get them for daily, only 5 & 15 min.
For intraday trading does they are effective for such smaller time frame?
